CMS Build for Patrickfromchina

I require a CMS to be built so I can manage my adult members subscriber site for a new website. I already have the design (in flash) and will provide the FLA. I need design converted HTML and graphics etc and uploaded with CMS. The members content on the site are includes: - SWF files - FLV files - Jpg/Png files Members must also be able to download a file (eg Zip). System must be able to add new content and archive old content - so users can look at previous content too. Please advise of any ideas or additions to project.
