Clipshare 3.0 Install, Template Modification, Additional Feature Modules Added

Looking for a developer familiar with ClipShare 3.0 (a YouTube clone script) to install and do some customization to it, change Logo, color of main template. It will have to be a replica to go along another site that will be mentioned via PM. We need an experienced PHP programmer/ Graphic designer who can get the job done quickly. Also will need to have a headline text (Editable) via an admin showing on top of the Clipshare Site, and Forum site. 1, Will have an Audio Management that will be able to upload Audio, in MP3, WMA, MIDI, RA format, that will include the title, description, and an image. 2. Document repository, where documents can be uploaded in PDF, DOC, XLS, RTF formats. 3. Integerate an existing Photo Album to the portal. 4.
