Create Flash Player for Vitalstream streaming service

I would like you to take a particular set of FLV controls and using the code provided by Vitalstream (a flash streaming service that hosts my flash video files), create an FLV player that will stream flash media from Vitalstream. I will provide you with code from vitalstream's service that you can use to test with. Vitalstream is a little different than other flash streaming services so if you've had experience with them that's a plus (though not required). I am attaching a file with a screenshot of the particular FLV controls I'm talking about. They are available in Flash 6-8. Resources to help you do this: Vitalstream provides a sample FLA player for download here: [login to view URL] And they provide a "MediaOps SDK" here: [login to view URL] All videos streamed through this player will be 645px by 405px, and the FLV controls should be 645px by 60px aligned bottom (exactly as you see in the attached screenshot). Lastly, if the FLV controls don't automatically provide it, i would like some sort of message saying "buffering" if there is buffering happening. I need the FLA you create as well as a working example of this player being able to play streaming video from my Vitalstream account (and, again, I'll give you code to test with). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
