Advanced HTML PHP Page

Hi there,i have a new project and i need help as i am busy at the moment and can't do all on my own (there is also a lack of html skills). I need a link list site in PHP. What i need is pretty simple, it's an PHP site with link lists to other sites in an frame box, each link should open in an new window, when clicked, and beside each link i want to have a 2-3 symbols: 1. an magnifier for short info about the site (tiny info-box when the user mouseover) 2. popup symbol to show if the site in question opens popups 3. an symbol which loads tiny screen caps of the site if they browse over this symbol The list should be nummeric (number as a rank before each link). Also,i have an psd file with ICO, i would like to place an ICO between site rank and the site name (the ICO should be loaded from the psd file). I will send you a link to the exact same site as i want to have this project done. You have to place the links for a couple hundret sites, add a note if the site has popups and screencaps of the sites. I hope you know what i mean?
