Amend redirection Issue on Wordpress website

We have got a redirection issue on our Wordpress site: We have got a website with different title menus - when clicking on one of the menu it's linking to a new page that is set up as another site (Wordpress) linked to the primary website. We had to redirect one of the menu title to a temporary page as the service proposed was out of date. we have redirected the sub-site to a page from the main website. Then we have amended the site content and look so it was up to date. We then wanted to delete the redirection but this is not working we have deleted the redirection but still when we click on the menu title it leads to the old redirection This needs to be resolved today in emergency.
