This is a WordPress listings site which I require. All details of what I need in terms of design, coding and CMS back-end (V Important) is listed in the attachment. I already have a very good premium theme installed: GeoTheme - which has the majority of this stuff ... it is about tailoring that, adding more and making this very individual.
