Changes to WP website - Repost - open to bidding

Changes to website - this job is changes for past project I did. PROJECTS PAGE Because there are so many projects, the client would like the project page to be sorted by capabilities ie. Water Services, Road works etc. Not sure what you think the best way to do this will be... maybe if we make the projects page similar layout to Capabilities page and use this side bar again? but instead of 'related links' say 'sort projects' / and instead of capabilities thumbnail images we have project images. Does that make sense?
