Create a Website for a Printing Company in Australia

We are a medium sized printing company based in Perth, Australia. Our family run business has been successfully operating for the past 20 years mainly based on word of mouth but we believe the time is right for us to add a website in order to capture a wider client base. We are looking for both front-end and back-end design of our website in conjunction with our own ideas and desires for functionality. Our main need is for a basic website that will allow potential clients to transfer their digital files to us so that we are able to provide quotes. We are open to hearing solutions here. This would mean that a fillable form would need to be included (drop-down menus and selectable services etc.) so that a customer can select their paper quality and custom finishings. What would be great is if the form data together with the digital file could be presented to us together so that we can provide quotation quickly for a client. We only want to provide quotation by phone though, so no automatic quotation response will be needed. We are interested to hear proposed solutions for this because it could improve the efficiency of both our quotation system and output. The other main part of the website would what we would call our "marketing/education" material. It simply lets customers know the capabilities of our company as well as the benefits of printing with us. These "marketing/eductation" pages will be quite basic in which we will provide the material (both copy and images) but are open to any design input from the successful candidate to integrate our own information to a more pleasant delivery. Because our expertise is in printing and not web design, we will need some help in hosting and possible ongoing upkeep of our site. This can be discussed with the successful candidate though.
