Custom PHPBB3 Style

I need to build a custom style for my phpbb3 site. I need someone able to design a good looking interface and also modify the php files to traduce mods or buttons to Spanish when it is needed. (I can make the traduction, you just have to know how to modify those files). For the ecommerce part, I basically want to setup a donation page, giving 1 month without ads for every 1€ you give.
