build a cms and mobile website

Hi Tom, I'm looking to produce a new website for my wedding photography business. I've designed the site (still needs some tweaks but it's almost there) i just would need it developing with cms and help hosting. Here's a link to a PDF [login to view URL] with the designs. It'd be good to get your feedback on it to whether this would be something you could do, would want to do and if so how much it would cost as it would just need you to develop and create CMS as all of the design is already done/would be done by me. My current website you can see here [login to view URL] and really don't like. The SEO's ok but not great. As with everyone i'd like to be on the first page for Leeds or Yorkshire wedding photographer. So, not sure if you could help with that too. As you'll see the new design would be 9-10 pages long and requires CMS. I'd ideally like it to be responsive too or at least a mobile version. I've added notes throughout the PDF to explain each section but give me a call if you need to chat about anything, hopefully it should make sense. I would supply all of the files in any format you require as well as obviously all of the images. Let me know if this is something you would do and if so what the cost would be.
