I need a social website...

Hello all! I'm looking for someone to create a website for me that does the following: 1) Creates a social environment for the users allowing them to have a profile, talk to each other (like facebook/twitter), and ask questions (like yahoo answers), a section for a coupons/deals section, a quiz/trivia section, and a few other minor sections. 2) Tracks everything the user does and gives them points for each thing EXAMPLE(1 log in per day gets you 2 points, getting the best answer to a question gives you 10 points, chatting with people 15 times gives you 1 points, etc...) and allows me to assign the amount of points for each thing. 3) An extensive backend that allows me to edit settings. 4) An awards area, where users can "spend" their points for items such as gift cards and actual items that I add in the back end.
