Adjust a Wordpress Template already purchased

This is not for a full Website or Full Template design just some minor changes to the code, CSS, and Bootstrap that need to be done. I am looking for Web designer that has serious knowledge in Wordpress, hard scripting, Bootstrap and CSS to improve a template that was purchased on themeforest I will provide the template in to the designer has to agree to work on the live site with regular updates. But the template : [login to view URL] The template to be installed will be 1200px Fluid(Wide) Replace Sample logo with the logo provided and create a favicon. Change the bottom footer to sky blue and blue add social buttons like [login to view URL] Make the front page identical to the [login to view URL] Add social buttons at the bottom and within pages. Add Social button on the left and add 2 menu item on the right. Example like the poolprofessionals website [login to view URL] Add bottom menu like [login to view URL] Make the slideshow and add an arrow when pressed to scroll like on the following website: [login to view URL] The top background needs to have more transparency so the can see part of the slideshow and content when scrolling! Grey-Fonts- light grey with bold Dark grey Sky and Dark Blue-Links, All links and mouse over will be sky blue then mouse over Dark Blue including all the menus. The improvements I am looking for are mostly CSS and XHTML with minor PHP changes but mostly CSS. Adding shadows to the pages breaks and slide shows. Adding a newsletter extension and scripting for Employment, swim lessons, training and Pool Parties form with multiple steps and pages.
