Convert Joomla 1.5 template for Joomla 3.0

I've now started off as a company and bidding new for the company hence, we don't have any reviews yet. With regards to your project, I can confirm a fully working template at the price I specified. Although I have mentioned a milestone because freelancer.com requires it, there is no need for a pre-payment, you can pay me in full only after you have seen the full working template.
