Create a Wordpress Template from PSD files with custom home page slideshow

We have an approved web design: Home Design: [login to view URL] Inside Design: [login to view URL] Sitemap: [login to view URL] Home Page Specifics : The home page slider will be pulled from posts that will feed into a blog and this home page slider. The following needs to be applied to the posts - A featured image will be applied to the larger banner on home page and small image inside of Recent Stories ( [login to view URL]) - A way to very easy way to apply specific posts to the banner. Either by using a tag or by using a category. All other posts will feed directly into Recent Stories blog ( [login to view URL]) You will build this out on our server. We will install wordpress and supply you with the Wordpress admin Username/Password and FTP Username/Password. We have bought and installed the Responsive "Inovado" theme on our development server: [login to view URL] We will supply you with the PSD files. (Must have Abobe CS6) You would need to build out the approved design as a "child" theme of the Inovada theme. It needs to be fully responsive. We need you to build out the home page and all inside page based off the site map above. We need you to build out all the other pages and you will just apply Lorem for content.
