Create a Wordpress Template

Hello, Need a developer who will be able to work by Pacific Time Zone. Note: Coordinated Universal Time is 8 hours ahead of Pacific Time Eastern European Time is 10 hours ahead of Pacific Time Moreover, looking for a developer with strong skills only. For example, to add manually coded extra feature to the WordPress and be able to fix all possible bugs cause by that. Without any excuses. (!) Send only those Wordpress sites you developed, where you manually added extra feature. ( not by plugin). Thanks
