Customize a Wordpress Theme

I need a web designer who is also a developer to customize a wordpress theme (Project bidder theme by Sitemile: [login to view URL] ). I already own the theme, but I only have wireframe sketchs (An example is attached) of the design. I am looking to have someone take my wireframes and convert the theme into their design. If you need to see the wireframes to better understand the project, or have any other questions, let me know. Please only bid if you have looked at the theme and understand what this project requires. I would prefer that you use milestones with your bid, so that there is no worry between you or me about payment. Please provide some information as to how you plan to work on this project and complete it. Thanks.
