Design and Develop a Wordpress Plugin - Newspaper

I need a wordpress plugin developed. Where we can insert complete newspapers with image maps and news open as posts when somebody clicks on the respective news. Newspaper should be displayed in 3 different ways. Plain images with pagination. JQuery flip book style. And Pdf People should be able to create the layouts of image map so we don't have to choose the coordinates again and again. we just use layouts for that Please only experienced people apply, who have created decent wordpress pluginS
