Custom code Web Templates

Hi all, I require a Freelancer specialized in web coding/design to develop various web structures from scratch, with quick turn-around and long-term availability.\r\n\r\nThe first web-job is to code a very basic web structure with specific requirements (not complicated), which will be provided upon selection of Freelancer.\r\nAll material will be provided for the development phase. And if this job is successful, there will be much more work!\r\n\r\nbasic requirements\r\n> good communication in english\r\n> must have time (min. 4 hours/day) to accept new workload\r\n> clean coding/testing of HTML/HTML5, CSS, PHP, MySQL, forms, etc.. web pages\r\n> have your own web-server to load/show progress of project\r\n> deliver final full-working web structure by specified deadline(s)\r\n\r\nKnowledge of coding module-based platforms is necessary.\r\n> drupal, Joomla, wordpress, shopping-carts, etc..\r\n\r\nnot required at the moment, but a plus for future jobs\r\n> web graphic/layout design\r\n> Javascript-ing, flash/media integration, paypal integration, etc..\r\n\r\n\r\nPlease provide links to existing, functional, and live websites that are fully/or/partially coded by yourself.\r\n\r\n\r\ncheers,\r\nAI at IDE
