Android OS Sudoku game

Hello, we need someone to make me a sudoku game for the new "Android" operating system. It will have the same features as a normal sudoku but will be able to do two things : 1- we are making a website that will serve as a server for rankings and tournaments. we need the game to be able to send the final times to this website so it can be ranked for people to see. 2- we also want people to be able to join tournaments and then the game will check with my website and retrieve the puzzle when I post it on my website. Again, you need to create a normal sudoku game with the rankings and tournament features. Please only bid if you are experienced with android and know that you are able to make this for us. Thank you
