Android: Upload image to PHP server

Greetings, I'm not an Android expert and need someone who can do this job quickly. I think it's straightforward enough for someone who has done this before. Basically, I have a photo stored in an Android device that I want to upload to a PHP server. I will provide the Java code that I've done sofar (feel free to modify it) and access to a server where the image should be uploaded to. The Java code is a blank screen with a button. When the button is clicked, the user is prompted to tap on the image of their choice which is then uploaded to the server. I then need a progress bar to show. I want to access the file from a PHP server using $_FILES['']['']. Please let me know if there are any more questions. I will provide root access to a temporary VPS where you can work on the PHP. I will also provide a zipped Android project folder of the work I've done sofar so you can get going on the Java.
