Bulk Domain Name Whois Expiration Date Scanner

Hey Guys, I am looking for a simple (Yet VERY effective) web application that will ONLY check the expiration date of domains. .com , .net , .us and .biz have NO problem with limitations!! if you add 500,000 domains it will check them without a problem and without a ban. The problem resides in other extensions like .ORG and .INFO ... you get banned quickly, so I want a smart script that will use various sources and proxies to check huge lists without getting banned. I hope you can help here and that you do have experience in this field because by them we shall be working together in many other pending project. Thanks,
