Im repost the job because alot of people didnt got what i meant. What i need is an java applet or flash movie that can be integrated to a PHP/MYSQL CMS. What will the java r flash movie do? First i will do a CLIENT SIDE image resize to a width, height, dpi that i will specify in a configuration xml file then when resized it will send to the server and php/mysql will do their stuff. What must the applet suport? Multiple file uploads Big image files Dont overuse cpu Follow design instructions that will be sent in a psd file. If you can make in another script language is fine 2.
