We would like to implement a customized OrangeHRM. The current version of this OrangeHRM system includes Personal Information Module, Leave Module, Time Module, Performance Module, Recruitment Module and Help. These modules are designed according to US HR Policies and need customized to meet specific client's HR standards. You are welcome to submit your bid for this application which I believe some of you have developed your own HR app. You are also welcome to use OrangeHRM and customize it from there. To win the bid please provide the following: 1. How are you going to approach this job? 2. Existing experience with HRM if you have any, or your understanding to this requirement. I don't want to train you what this is and it should be very self explanatory. 3. Your estimated cost of this development, and the timing. I do not have a fixed budget, but I do not like project that takes forever to finish. Thank you and I look forward for your application.
