Add AJAX support (javascript) for pages of web application interface

The project is for adding AJAX (Javascript) support and redesigning pages for an existing for a web application interface. The updating task consists of: - improving aesthetic look and feel of the pages - adding/modifying dialog boxes and adding a file upload/download progress indicator - show mobile browser friendly pages for users that use mobile web browsers (iphone, android, etc) to access the pages The pages may be designed using javascript, AJAX, Jquery, etc. It is very important that the interface be: - lightweight and responsive to the user - compatible across all current browsers - degrade gracefully when viewed using old legacy web browsers You will be provided the current page templates for the web interface and you will need to provide the redesigned page templates. This should be an easy and interesting project for someone who is experienced with developing web 2.0 interfaces for web applications.
