Admin Site to our website

We are looking for an expert on codeigniter (2.1.0) to develop some module of our project. Part of the project, is going to be develop on a TI Company in our Country. The module consist in a admin site to our web site where the users are people who works with us, for this reason the graphic design is not a requirement. To supply this, we going to send a html template to follow. The develop going to be in parallel with the whole project and the coding of this module will be from zero. There are 13 different user interfaces(UI): -1 home and login -8 of them are part of a CRUD(Create,Read,Update and Delete) -2 are used to read and reply messages or comments -2 are used to export some information to excel o csv(statistics, list of mail). We are going to provide -DB Model in Mysql Workbench -User Interfaces, drawn in Power Point -One web page (html) to guide de UI Required skills: - LAMP experience and Javascript(PHP, MySQL) - CodeIgniter Framework Experience - Specific Knowledge about: -Export from PHP to Excel and PDF -Send Mail's from PHP We will prefer freelancers with skype support.
