Advanced Signup Form Creation

I've recently launched a webapp that creates and manages websites for realtors. I don't like what the user has to do to signup and I don't like how involved I have to be with the signup. The user is asked for information from me, then agree to the terms, then are asked by cybersource most of the information I already asked for. After Cybersource processes the payment I have to contact the user and ask for their CC info again so I can go through Cybersource's business center to make it a subscription payment. I then go to cihost, login, fill out a form to open the new users account. Once that account is open cihost emails me with a generic email plus the username and password that I have to forward to the customer. I would rather spend my time selling the service and taking care of customers instead of having to always sit in front of my computer waiting for orders. Here is what I would like(in php): I would like you to create a signup form using the cybersource api. Cybersource should validate that the card is ok before the script begins running. I would like the form to collect all the info into a secure xml file that I can use as a "client manager." I would also like the script to login to cihost and fill out the required new account form(to resell hosting). Once cihost sets the account up I would like the script to retrieve the email they send, extract the necessary data from it and send a generic email plus needed info to my client.
