I want to find someone who can design a Java application for android that will work as a 9-ball billiards scoring sheet. The sheet will need to be able to handle up to 10 players and up to 15 games and 10 matches. It needs to be able to store all data of balls sunk per contestant and each miss. Now understand the INPUT for this application must be from the player by punching simple icons each representing each ball he or she sinks. I can provide jpeg images and even a rough PDF of what I want the screen to look like.
