Big Social Software

Hi, we have started huge social software with video and pictures and everything. Some functionality is already implemented. But to stick to the timeline we need backup..The software uses Typo3. Caching Mechanism and some functions etc, is already done. I am looking for a TEAM of talented programmers who can work themself in the current code and get things done + additional extensions with Java or ajax are also necessary. We need also a sophisticated chatter /chat rooms, I am not looking for a one man show -I need a team that is from now on fully dedicate to this project. The best ones - experience with typo3 is abolutly necessary. I need daily updates on all issues, communication skill with local programmers. One day no responce or laggy response - than I call the quits. The whole thing is too time critical now..
