Branded WordPress BMI Calculator Plugin

What we need is a WordPress BMI Calculator Plugin which provides a simple sidebar widget to calculate your BMI with the metric system. There are already a couple of these around, but we want a branded one to promote our site. So you do not need to invent the wheel here.
