Build UI Components (Screens) using EXT JS

I want some individual freelancer who can build UI Components (Screens) using EXT JS, Should be ready to give suggestions on other areas related to EXT JS, and should be willing to build screens first using mock data & later on integration with actual data. Should be able to replicate the Mock ups exactly and determine the functionality, based on provided [login to view URL] be paid adequately if mission accomplished. Work is on a long term basis, the individual will be associated with me for a while.
