CRELoaded gift voucher modifications URGENT

I need to modify the gift voucher function of CRELoaded v6.3.3 b2b to include the following features. 1. A Small menu within the users account admin page for viewing; a. the current purchased gift voucher amount on their account b. An option to "email a voucher" to a user OR "create a voucher" that will be stored for download or emailing to themselves with the option of emailing a created voucher to anyone. c. An option to download a copy of any created/emailed voucher until such time as the voucher is used then it will be marked used and the voucher file removed from the server. 2. We have a design file that we need the voucher to look like and we need to either create a html file of the voucher and put the voucher code into that when it is created OR (preffered) create a pdf or JPEG of the voucher based on the voucher design and putting the voucher code into the voucher upon creation of the pdf/jpeg file. 3. The ability to modify the email template that is going to the users with the voucher attached, a template file can be created and I can do the html for the actual template if shown where to put it. There is also a small issue with the voucher applying tax through the checkout that we will need to fix. And I will need to get the files modified and what was done documented as there is another site I will apply the same fix to at a later stage as I don't have access to that yet, I may get whomever makes this mod to apply the update again at a later stage. I think I have covered everything needed, I will update if I remember anything else.
