CRM development from scratch

We are looking for long term cooperation with php and database experts. The aim of the project is to create a CRM just like the Sugar CRM ([login to view URL]) but with many additional features like birthday reminder, name day reminder, the user must be able to make calls through Skype and Asterisk, and many more. A specific list with the technical characteristics will be given. Graphics and GUI will also be provided. Part of the project will also be the development of an Android and Apple application. We are looking for professionals, people that they follow the timetable agreed and able to complete the project. The source code will be given to our company without any form of copyrights. Our company will own the CRM.
