CarFax and AutoCheck API and provider

Hello Everyone, I have already a website which I am using for VIN history reports of cars (CarFax and Autocheck). Currently we have an API provider which is going to expire soon. We are looking for another provider for the same but not yet finalized. My requirement: 1) Provide the API details- provider/method name/parameters etc. with complete documentation 2) Provide a sample script in PHP or JavaScript to show how API works I don't need you to be very fancy in documentation etc. it can be straight to the point. It is just for me to understand and how to use the API. I am already a technical person so know the technical terms etc. So it is very simple if you know API and the provider details.
