Catalog website, wine

I am a project manager and my client is a Wine Distributor who sells to stores, wine shops, etc. So they dont want the public cruising their catalog. The catalog site is separate from their regular website, but the sites will eventually be merged. I will need to build the website too, but the catalog site is first priority. 1. Catalog site is password protected for user/merchants, not open to the public 2. Catalog will need a very basic, simple CMS for updating content of title page, featured winery, news, etc – or we can feed this from the website 3. Catalog MySQL database will feature the ability to load new, updated content by importing XML file from MS Navision export – this XML file will be generated monthly, or every couple weeks from the MS Navision backend 4. It will automatically back up the last version of the database, or maybe even the last several versions 5. Catalog will show 3 geographic locations separately (like separate catalogs) - GeoA, GeoB, GeoC 6. There will be a search feature that lets the user search by 5-8 dropdown parameters, plus an advanced search also using dropdowns 7. The catalog site will have the ability to publish search results to a formatted and PDF 8. The catalog will also have the ability to publish entire current catalog to PDF (one separate version for each geographic location 9. Standard search results page will show one line high of data – advanced search results can show 2 lines 10. Prefer using a framework such as CodeIgniter, Symfony, CakePHP, etc – to avoid the overhead of Joomla, Drupal or WordPress
