Chat functionality like cometchat for our social media website.

We are building a social media website based on purpose. We need to build a chat functionality for our website. We need this outsourced because we are not having enough manpower. The features are outlined below. Features will be mostly like cometchat but all features are not required. You need to have prior experience in this type for work to apply. Estimate your cost and time in your proposal. Study the features properly before bidding and do not post a generic response like "we can do this" or "lets start". Also let us know how you propose to achieve the functionality and what tools and approach you are going to use for this. Budget is around $2000 Chats Chat Message The basic features are: 1. Recipients 2. Sender 3. Date time 4. Text 5. URL embed 6. Emoticon/Gesture/Stickers/Badges 7. Audio Streaming 8. Video Streaming 9. File Uploads 10. Screen sharing 11. Reply – no threading 12. Voice Out 13. Convert to Objects option 14. Support Video editing tools All chat messages will be archived (including audio/video streaming) and available for view. Chat messages can be deleted, but will persist in the database. Before converting chat messages to voice/object, user needs permission from all other users in the session. Audio and text chats can occur simultaneously, similarly video chat, screen sharing, audio chat and text chat can exist simultaneously. Chat Window The chat window will have the following: 1. List of users you can chat with 2. Search among the list 3. Individual window for each chat session. 4. Availability status List of Users It has two parts: 1. Relations/Contacts – Users who have accepted Relationship Requests 2. Acquaintances – Users who have been in the same event/group as the current user, or, have accepted Requests for interaction. Search User can search by name in the list of users available to chat. Chat session window It will have the following: 1. Send Request to chat option only for acquaintances 2. Add users option 3. Start audio chat option 4. Start video chat option 5. Load previous chat option 6. Previous Chat Message when loaded 7. Options to create and send Chat Message. 8. Notification messages: a. User X is typing b. Seen at c. Session is closed On adding a new user to an existing chat session the user will be added to the same chat session window, but will not be able to view chat messages sent previous to his joining the chat session. Request to chat A user cannot chat with an acquaintance unless he has accepted the request to chat. The user needs to send this request every time he opens a new chat session. Private Messages It contains the following: 1. Recipients (includes people search) 2. Sender 3. Date time 4. Text 5. URL embed 6. Emoticon/Gesture/Stickers/Badges 7. Multiple file upload 8. Reply – no threading Emoticon/Gesture/Stickers/Badges Chat to Voice Chat message becomes voice description. Report Feature 1. Validate option (for Voices) 2. Offensive to moral/cultural/religious/gender/social values 3. Inappropriate for age 4. Copyright Abuse 5. Illegal 6. Supporting evidence – text field with evidence, internal referral 7. Reports are visible but not the reporters Access Control The options are 1. Public – viewable for all 2. Private a. All users who have access to the egou b. Selected users c. Selected groups d. Only me Voice Out Elements supporting this feature can be converted to Voices like Comments, Chats.
