Complete some features of a website

Hi, Please see the site: [login to view URL] Please see the new design: [login to view URL] The new one is an incomplete design, that I need finished. Main tasks involved are: 1) Image uploading is not properly implemented/integrated. Need to finish this, make any security fixes (add file size limit, client size resizing, etc), handling temporary sessions, etc. 2) The pagination is not perfect when viewing all polls. This needs to be fixed. 3) Search feature on front page is not implemented. WE need to implement search by category and keyword based search. 4) Javascript scroller on first page has a bug - it starts moving too fast after some time - need to fix this. 5) Other cleanups and touch-ups, finish any broken/unimplemented feature. 6) URL changing and management - I want every poll option to have a separate url, based on the option and poll question (not just ids). Bid within the budget only else you will be wasting your and my time. You must deliver fully functional, 100% validated, neatly organized, easily extensible and maintainable, modular code. regards JP
