I want your companies website and contact details and examples of relevant previous work. Companies located in Europe will be given preference due to time-zone issues. (non-negotiable!) These websites are intended for people/companies to upload computer stock inventory in a pre-specified format and for companies to then be able to search inventories of other member companies or "all companies" with or without filtering (favourite sellers, brand. geography etc etc) and then send an RFQ (Request for quotation) to one or many companies. On registering to use, companies have to be able to enter details of their sales people, specialities and facilities etc. Uploading of inventory is done by uploading a CSV file with headers, this should then be automatically checked and added to the database. Typical data uploaded might be: part number, manufacturer, Category1, Category2, Quantity, Condition, Short Description. Companies are able to broadcast "requirements" for parts and receive replies. These broadcasts need to be sent to registered email addresses, posted on twitter and visible on the website. I have other functionality in mind but will keep this private between me and the short listed few I move forward with. To give you an idea of the inventory size. Target is to accommodate 400 companies each uploading an inventory of 10000 products. I also require the interface to be available in English / Spanish ./ German / French, admin back-end in just English and to work in multiple currencies.
