Add back Joomla Module positions to my Joomla Template

I recently had someone add a position to the frontpage of my joomla template and when they did almost all of the rest of my positions disappeared leaving me unable to work with the front page of my site in those positions. I need someone to add back the ability for me to use my module positions with in the template: bodybottom1 left User21, 21, 23, 24 Can you do this quickly?
