a2billing custom

A2Billing . I need a custom developmnet to a2biling so when a call is made by an user the system should check if called number is also registsred if its a regististered member then the person called should get a money per call for every call ? answered for more than 2 minutes . we will setup a pre defined amount which will be given to person called but person who is calling he will get deducted as per standard a2billing calling rate/fee. Other feature we want to add to a2billing is that the person who answers the call hears the discription of the caller as per the information of caller added to the system. similar to the custom screen macro ? <[login to view URL]>? ? only difference is person will not hear the caller's voice message instead system will use TTS/flite to tell called party the discription of the caller . we can dicuss more in details if some one feels confident about such programming and customzation to a2billing
