I have a template (home page and inner pages) that is a bunch of PSD files. I need an expert who can convert these to both Prestashop and Magento for me to sell on my website. This person must be able to: • Create this with clean code so I don't have continuing issues with it • Fix any bugs as they arise • Give intuitive instructions to install each template once the template is created • Be available and consistent – I don't want someone that is available sometimes and then disappears for weeks without any communication.
