Okay, I have experience with migration PHP System to AWS, but your steps leave many technical questions.
1. SETTING-UP AWS.
Q: Is there already an Amazon account created?? you will create and provide access temporarily by Web Console, right? What is the estimated cost to the database, instances and another services on Amazon?
A. LINUX & NGINX
Q: What is the current Linux distribution used? Apache, no?
B. AUTO-SCALING LOAD BALANCER(?)
Q: Configuration is possible, but it is necessary to take into consideration some factors. You have worked in an auto scalable environment before? Your system has been design to work in such an environment?
C. PHP & MySQL
Q:Do you have restriction on the version of PHP? MySQL is the AWS RDS, right? what is data base size?
D. HAPROXY AND DB REPLICA
Q: HAproxy is configured on the server, as it is a self scalable system, recommended the use of RDS with a replica. ok?
E. SECURITY SETTING
Q: Did you have iptables rules on your system now? You can provide rules to replicate? Are you know that after completion of the work, you need to change your account password and controlling access ssh on your EC2 and RDS?
F. AMAZON APPLICATION PUSH NOTIFICATION SETTING
Q: Why need SQS or SNS?
4. DEADLINE INCLUDING MIGRATION ON 9TH JAN.
Q: Sorry, but this deadline is not possible, because the item 3, we are not speaking about the complexity of your system yet and problems always arise in a migration.
PS: My English is only for reading and writing.
