Additions for HackandCast.com multiplayer game

Hello, I am looking to upgrade my multiplayer game [login to view URL] I will only consider bids from people who have experience working on multiplayer games so included with your bids list what you have done for other games. Please login and try the game before you bid. Here is a list of things we would like added. 1) In the in-game chat have the option for a sound effect when a new message occurs and the ability to turn that effect off. 2) Right now when a user receives a private message it goes in the same window as the other messages. I would like the messages to go into a separate window for each person sending the private message. The user would then be able to click on a tab at the top of the chat window to move between chats. I would also like whichever tab has a new message to blink so the user knows which window was updated. 3) The ability for a user to create a guild by spending painite (in game currency). That user would be able to name the guild as well as recruit and approve new members. The guild name should appear next to the username in the chat window for all guild members. Guild members would share in the rewards of beast kills. I'd also be open to other suggestions on other things that could be added to the guild idea such as having guilds be able to fight each other in a last man standing type of match. 4) some sort of a potion crafting system--where the user could gather certain herbs and mix them in order to have temporary effects...I'd be open to ideas on this. 5) any related graphics needed to implement above ideas. These additions must be throughly tested on a separate server to ensure they are bug free before being loaded on my server. I must be able to test it out as well and would like daily updates.
