Build a freelancer.com like web/iOS/android app for job requester to post requests and let job bidder to bid the requests. 1. Users are classified into two types, job requester and job bidder 2. job requester can register by providing the nickname, email address, photo (optional), facebook login (optional) 3. job bidder can register by providing the nickname, email address, business certificate photo (e.g. business registration photo), photo (optional). Job bidder can also specify what type of job they have interest in 4. Job requester can post requests by selecting a category. Different category will have different table for job bidder to fill in for example, a job requester post a request of a website implementation work. Job requester can withdraw their job anytime 6. Job bidder can place bid by filling in the table. They can specify whether the bidding info is public or private to job requester only 7. Job bidder can withdraw their bid anytime 8. Job bidder cannot see other job bidders basic info. They can only see other job bidder bidding info if those info are specified public 9. Job bidder and requester can communicate using the internal build-in messaging system 10. Push notification (for iOS and android app) and email will be sent to requester when there is new bid or new message (once per half day) 11. Those rate and comment can also be seen by other job requester 13. Job requester can facebook like or comment job bidder 14. Job requester can see job bidder comments from other job requester. Web user interface is written in php + mysql, iOS/Android app user interface is written in titanium
