Upgrade the osticket v1.7 to a new version . configure the OSTICKET to fetch email to the system ( cron job ) Just who know to do this , and have experience with OSTICKET ticket system . New installations , no need update anything. when send email to it's create automaticly ticket . when he replay from the email it's assign to his ticket . when the client open ticket he receive email with id . $25 is ok . thank you , best regards . david
