Server to server transaction using API integration and additional features PHP/Mysql

We are using a bills payments system provided to us by our service provider and hosted in their server, I want to do a server to server connection for processing payments. I will be providing the API details for server to server: The current system is fine but i want it to be hosted in my server and to re-brand it to my own company name, i will be adding additional features which the current system does not have just like adding balance for different branches and creating transaction limits. basically i will be giving you my admin password to view feel the actual site i want to copy to my server. I won't list down the features included in this project, just refer to the actual site and attachments i uploaded, it should be the same plus additional features that i will need. FEATURES: 1. There should also be and export options for the total amount paid with complete details 2. There should be a print options for complete details and amount paid 3. The custom bills payment balance and transactions should have its own transactions search, total amount paid and total amount of fees 4. There should be a balance setup per branch so that they will not be able to transact once their balance is depleted. 5. I want balance email notification once the balance is already low in funds for admin and users 6. There should be a balance inquiry with total amount of our commissions for admin. 7.
