book ISBN search tool

I just need someone who can create a simple IBSN search tool using php + mysql. The user will type the ibsn number in a search field and click enter then the book details will display (author, title, publisher, date etc) that is all! As for the database, I will like if the search tool searched the database and see if the isbn number matched rather than if the isbn data was parsed via another source. I need a large sample of ISBN data to achieve this, so if it turns out that the latter (parsing) with no database is the only option i'm fine with that. Just as long as i am able to search for an isbn and bring up the details of that isbn.
