Hello, We are working with twilio since last 4 year and now becoming development partner for them (under process) , during this time we build lots of applications using .net and twilio. here are some of those 1) IVR payment with credit card 2) Appointment scheduling and reminder application using Call/SMS 3) SMS based appointment reminder and handling response to confirm , cancelled , delayed etc. 4) Different call routine , like when user call on particular number system will play advertize (mp3 or text to speech) and at same time other call will be made to provider and after playing advertise both call will get connected, detail reporting to all call status. 5) Click on Call Implementation from browser. In short we worked with all types of application and can build anything with twilio , you just needs to share things you wants to done and we will build that for you.
