I need a program coded that will import a text file of words and phrases (one word or phrase per line) and sort them by their parts of speech: Verbs, Nouns, Adjectives, Adverbs, Pronouns, Conjunctions and Interjections against a database of colums in which each colum represents a colum of Verbs, Nouns, Adjectives, Adverbs, Pronouns, Conjunctions and Interjections . If the words or phrases imported are not already in the database, those words and or phrases will be in a seperate colum so I can determine by a check box what part of speech it is and it will be added to the database under the proper part of speech colum after choosing what part of speech it is. Then using tokens ( [Verb], [Noun], [Adjective], [Adverb], [Pronoun], [Conjunction] and Interjection] ) it will create an article using the words and phrases uploaded and give a word count. I have a text file you will use that contains tens of thousands of words and phraases with their parts of speech that you will use to create the parts of speech database with each parts of speech having it's own colum. Not sure what type of programming language would be best but I would like to implement this with php.
