Android application

We need 2 games for our app. current project is for first game. this game is for sports football challange. It'll interact with web based game. It? will allow theuser to make starting line up submissions, trade players, pick up players viawaiver wire as well as view their current scores and totals. Specs attached We already did same for iphone, now required for Android platform. Anyone who knows both iphone and Android platform, would be preferred.
