CMS website

I require a CMS website to be built. Most likely either Joomla or Drupal is necessary but Wordpress is also a possibility. I have designed the look of nearly every page of the website in Fireworks so I can send those files onto you to create a template from it. So you should not need to do any design work. The website is basically a type of gallery for images and will: 1. Allow users to sign up/login 2. Allow users to pay monthly or yearly subscription fee (ideally I would also like to give people the option of not subscribing, but the option of paying a $2 fee for each image upload. However I understand that there is no module for this, so a simple subscription option will have to suffice unless you have a solution.) 3. Allow users to create a profile page 4. Allow users to post comments (Extra note: just to be more specific, the comments will be in a forum and this will be an extra tab on main menu) 5. Allow users to upload images 6. Allow people to perform multiple searches for images under different categories. 7. There are about 7 main pages including 'login' and 'contact us' I have been told the following by a Web Developer which might be of use to describe the project better: *"Based on the mock-up and list of requirements, the system you require would comprise of three elements: 1. a particular type of search (which uses delimiting filters) for the image gallery 2. a tagging system to compliment the delimiting filter search 3. a purchasing/subscription service for the public"* ## Deliverables The layout of the website has a main menu bar along the top. Along the left are the search options (drop-down type lists that may also scroll where necessary). The main content of each page will appear in the center. Along the right is white space for now but I would like the ability to put advertising in here, so I will need to be able to upload an image myself into this section. I have bought and registered the domain name galleryireland.ie. I have not paid for hosting. I will retain full copyright of the final website and you may not use it in any way including in a portfolio. This is simply because the design/look of the website has been designed by myself. In the attached files, I am aware that file number 11 will appear different in the final website as each CMS will have its own layout. There will also be an ABOUT page. I may have one or two minor changes to make in the menus or in wording as we go along. Please let me know how the website user will subscribe/pay. i.e. if you will use a shopping cart, then which one. The user will have 3 options: 1. Upload 1 image for $2 (a problem you may have here is that if the user uploads 5 images, will the module be able to tot up the number 5 and charge the user $10?) and the image will display on the website for 1 year. The image must remove from the website after one year, or at least make it easy for me to remove 'expired' images. 2. Pay a monthly subscription and max number of uploads is 20. May unsubscribe any month they wish. 3. Pay a yearly subscription fee, also with a max number of uploads. The user must recieve notification that their subscription is due and a couple of reminders. If payment is not made then their account will become inactive. I would like the final website file to be on my own computer in case I need someone to make changes to the website in the future. Is this possible? I have Joomla installed but am unsure if you can simply email the file to me...
